Admissions Consultation
Melrose Learning Trust Board and our school local governing body are consulting on our planned admissions arrangements for pupils applying for places in the academic year beginning September 2026. This consultation will run from 13th December 2024 to 24th January 2025.
A copy of the proposed policy is available below.
If you have any comments or queries about the policy, please submit these in writing to the school office or email them to admin@abbeyschools.org.uk.
At the end of the consultation period, all responses will be carefully considered, and the final policy will be approved by the Melrose Learning Trust Board.

Admissions
Applications must be made on the Local Authority Primary School Application form and returned to the Local Authority. Applications received after the closing date will only be considered after those received on time.
